Standup Paddleboarding is perfect for small groups or individuals craving an adventurous, nature-connected way to reset and connect with others!

 

Ideal for those who want movement, mindfulness, serenity, and the therapeutic benefits of being outside and on the water all in one.

All events occur at B'More SUP located in Essex, Canton, or the Baltimore Harbor in Maryland through mid-October.

Private or Semi-Private Lesson

This 90-minute lesson is ideal for anyone seeking to learn proper paddling techniques and build confidence on the water.

Options for 1 or more people.

Private Paddle & Play

Bring your crew out on the water for fun! Perfect for corporate wellness or teambuilding, family outings, sports teams, celebrations, or an alternative to happy hour! 

 

3 person minimum. All equipment included.

Private SUP Fitness Session

Bring your crew out on the water to experience the therapeutic benefits of being on the water surrounded by nature!

Options:

Paddle & Flow class (90 min): yoga on land followed by a casual paddle.

Floating Meditation (90 min): paddle to a quiet cove and be guided through a relaxing meditation. Your board will be anchored, so you can safely lie down on your board, float, and sync your breath with the rhythm of nature.

 

Perfect for corporate wellness or teambuilding, family outings, sports teams, celebrations, or an alternative to happy hour!
