I’m Kim Brooks, a Well-being Coach,

Reiki Master, Breathwork, and Yoga teacher.

I help women who’ve spent years holding it all together for everyone else release chronic stress, restore balance, and realign with what truly matters.

Here, you can set down all you’re carrying and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Most of the women I work with have already done the inner work — therapy, yoga, journaling, retreats. They understand how stress lives in the body, yet the old pull toward overdoing and overthinking keeps throwing them off balance.

​My work blends mindful movement, energy practices, and coaching conversations that help you slow the rush, listen to your body’s wisdom, and build steady energy that lasts.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about living in alignment with your values and rhythm now feeling supported, confident, and worthy instead of stretched thin.

Meet Kim Brooks

After nearly two decades as an educator, I stepped away from a life of constant doing to rediscover a deeper way of being.  What began as a year of rest evolved into a deep study of yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and nervous system regulation.

Today, I guide others through that same process of reconnection, helping them find ease in their bodies, clarity and confidence in their choices, and freedom in how they live and work.
