I guide women who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else to reconnect with themselves, releasing old patterns of overdoing and rediscovering what steady, supported living feels like.

After nearly two decades as a teacher and literacy coach, I know what it’s like to pour from an empty cup. My own healing journey led me from burnout to balance, and now I help others find the same freedom.
The moment everything shifted
In 2022, I took a leap that changed my life. After 18 years in education, I realized I’d been living in constant doing mode, always serving, producing, giving.
After returning to the U.S. following five years abroad, I decided to take a year off without a plan — just a deep need to breathe, detach from rigid schedules, learn, and rediscover what truly brought me joy.

That year became a reset I didn’t know I needed. Traveling, reconnecting with nature, and coming back to my yoga mat helped me quiet my mind long enough to hear what my body and spirit had been trying to say all along:

A new way forward
What began as rest evolved into a calling. I immersed myself in practices that bridge ancient wisdom and modern understanding of stress and the nervous system — yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki.

But beyond technique, what transformed me most was the realization that healing isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence. It’s about remembering that everything we need to restore balance already lives within us.
With grace, patience, and compassion, we can stop seeking external validation and receive the support we need and deserve from ourselves.
How I support my clients
Today, I help women who are ready to stop trying to “push through” and start living with intention and clarity. Through private coaching, energy sessions, and group workshops, I create space for deep rest, self-trust, and sustainable growth.

My sessions weave together mindful movement, energy healing, and simple, practical techniques you can integrate into daily life — a whole-person approach that helps you feel grounded, energized, and aligned in both your life and your work.

My Belief
You don’t need to start over or completely overhaul your life — you just need to return to that steady source of calm, safety, and comfort within.
