A personalized 90-minute (in-person) solo retreat for the educator, therapist, social worker, or service-oriented professional who gives a great deal to others and is ready to receive. Every session is intuitively led and fully tailored to what you're carrying in that moment. You'll leave feeling more settled, clearer, and more like yourself. Expect a blend of: - Movement to unlock tension and reconnect you with your body - Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and restore energetic flow - Meditation to return you to a grounded, present sense of yourself - Reiki to rebalance your energy and restore flow - Insights or resources to carry the shift from your session forward - Oracle card reading (optional) Option to purchase 3 or 5 session bundles are available. 3-session pricing plan: $555 ($185 per session) 5-session pricing plan: $875 ($175 per session) Teachers receive 10% off all services.
