1:1 VIRTUAL Meditation Session (60 min)
An individual 60-minute Meditation session.
Service Description
Prior to the session, we will determine your intention and goals for the session. You'll be guided through a short breathing practice before shifting into longer periods of silence. If you are new to meditation and 60 minutes feels daunting, we can build in opportunities for movement and journaling to support you through the experience. There are various types of meditation, so we can explore what feels most supportive for you. This private session is located on Zoom. A link will be sent upon booking. A waiver must be signed by anyone participating in a session/event hosted by Kim Brooks Yoga & Wellness, LLC. Cancellation Policy
Each individual must sign a waiver before participating in any activity led by Kim Brooks Yoga and Wellness, LLC. Here is the waiver- https://forms.wix.com/r/7217639318465019956. The link will also be emailed upon booking. To cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We realize that isn't always possible and your well-being is of great importance, so please email info@kimbrooksyoga-wellness.com if it's within 24 hours and we can discuss the possibility of rescheduling. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. This does not apply to group events. *class/session packs expire one year from the date of purchase. If there is no date that works for you, please email info@kimbrooksyoga-wellness.com to schedule.
