Private Group Wellness Experiences:

Create Space Where Your People Can Actually Rest

Your team is running on fumes. Your friends are managing everything for everyone else. Your community is exhausted from constant doing.

What if you could create a gathering where people don't have to perform? Where shoulders finally drop, breathing deepens, and the tension they've been carrying has somewhere to go?

That's what a private wellness experience offers.

How This Works:

I partner with you to design an experience that fits what your group actually needs.

For some groups, that's deep rest: Gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and optional Reiki to help bodies shift from stress mode into settled mode.

For others, it's skill-building: Learning practical tools for managing stress, understanding how your nervous system works, or building sustainable practices your team can take home.

For many, it's both: A combination of embodied practice and education, feeling the shift in your body while also understanding what's happening and why it matters.

We'll talk through what makes sense for your group, and I'll create a session that meets them where they are.

Who This Is For:

Teams & Organizations

Your people are holding a lot, tight deadlines, emotional labor, constant availability. They need more than a happy hour. They need space to actually exhale together.

Life Transitions

Moms navigating kids entering new life stages. Friends processing change. Groups moving through grief, celebration, or major shifts. Sometimes you need to gather and just be real with each other.

Celebrations with Depth

Bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, but with meaning. Not just cake and cocktails, but a moment to pause, connect, and honor what's actually happening.

Communities That Care for Others

Teachers, therapists, nonprofit teams, caregivers... you regulate everyone else's emotions all day. This is a space for you to set down what you are carrying and give your body the care and rest it needs.

About Me

I create group experiences where people don't have to perform.

I work with hosts who know their team, friends, or community need more than another dinner where everyone pretends they're fine. They need space to actually rest, not just push through one more thing.

How I work: I meet groups where they are. Beginners feel welcomed. Skeptics can opt out without explanation. If emotions arise, I hold that, you don't have to manage it.

My background in nervous system support (and as an elementary teacher) means I notice when a room needs to slow down, when someone needs space, when the group is ready to go deeper. You don't have to facilitate anything. That's my job.

What happens: People leave lighter. Not because they got a pep talk, but because their bodies finally exhaled. They realize they're not alone in what they're carrying. That feeling sticks.

Want to create something people remember, not just another thing they attend? Let's talk.
