Come join for the 1st ever wellness festival on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Featuring all day wellness & healing events, food & more.
I will be leading one of the wellness lectures in the late afternoon:
Rooted & Regulated: Understanding the body's signals through somatic and energy work
Move, sit, lay down. Listen to your body and what it needs throughout the session and the event.
THE DAY
Main stage includes yoga, meditations, drum circle, sound baths, music & more...
Wellness lectures & additional sessions run all day in a second space on the farm. Some of it overlaps on purpose. You are not meant to do all of it. Follow what's calling you!
WHAT'S ON THE GROUNDS
The Healing Village. One on one sessions in 15 and 30 minute windows. Reiki, intuitive readings, massage, herbal consultations, reflexology, and other holistic work. Sit down with somebody who actually sees you.
The Wellness Marketplace. Crystals, body care, art, apothecary, and things made by hand by people who live here.
The Nourishment Hub. Real food, coffee, tea, baked goods, & rock-tails all day long.
