In this 60 minute private session, you will:

be guided through a practice to shift your energy into a more regulated state

receive the time and space to disconnect from all the external noise and stimulation, so you can relax your body and mind

gain clarity around your personal path to more ease, flow, and abundance
You'll walk away feeling more relaxed, supported, and empowered to take action steps toward your desired state of being.
This session will include restorative breathwork and Reiki energy healing.
